RETURNS & CREDITS
We hope it never comes to this, but if you have to return something (because it wasn't what you were expecting, or you simply changed your mind) please contact our customer service within 15 days of the day you received your order. All returns & credits will be considered at the discretion of NaturalWorldGourmet. All returns must be unopened and in their original packaging, no exceptions. Though we may issue you a refund for the item(s), the shipping cost of both receiving and returning items is on you. So, please be sure to carefully read product descriptions and ingredients before placing your order.*
ORDERS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
Although we do our very best to ensure your order is in the best possible condition when it leaves our hands, occasionally a package may be damaged while in route. If this has happened, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. Be sure to save the damaged cartons and their contents in the condition you received it until your refund is arranged with Customer Service. If you can, take a photo of the original packaging, including the box the order was shipped in, and email it to Customer Service so we may handle the situation internally to prevent further complications. We will refund the purchase price and shipping cost of any items damaged during their journey.
